IMPORTANT NOTE

All the pictures I take of myself are mirrored, while the picture I take of other things are not. So while it may seem as though everything is backwards I can promise you it's not.

Recipe Worksheet

Color Elevation and Primary Color Pallet

Here I have all my bruises and
wounds colored in and my primary
color pallet was added along the side
I didn't know what the color pallet
was when I first did the color
elevation though so I had to remake
 all of my colors...
I traced my line elevation and then
filled it all in with paint. Here I
haven't filled in the bruise spot yet.

Line Elevation

First I drew all the lines for where my
wrinkles and prosthetics would be.
Then I added in all the places where I
would shade, highlight, and bruise.

Color Design Art

Here it is after I colored it all in.
Here is my initial sketch.

Here it is with eyebrows because I
forgot about them at first.

Beard and Eyebrows

First we put a layer of latex down on
the mesh we got in the shape of a
beard and eyebrows.
Then while that was drying we took
the colorful wool we had received and
split the two pieces up into ten piles.

Then we carded the two colors
together until they looked like one
color and twisted up the end of each.
Then we would put down a layer of
latex and while it was still wet we
would place a bundle down and pull
it away leaving behind a few hairs.

Then once that was dry we would
do another row just above the
previous row.
And just keep going....

...until you had a nice full beard and
eyebrows.
Then we removed the latex from the
transparency and before we cut out
the pieces we gave the hairs a good
brush to clean them up and shape them.

Old Person Line Elevation

First we drew all the lines and wrinkles
that our face would get on tracing paper
Then we redrew all the lines with
sharpie on a transparency
Then from our new line elevation we
added lines where all the shading will go
Then we added in dots for where the
shading will go
