First you put all the correction sticks
on your face and apply your
foundation to your face and neck.

Then you draw all the wrinkle lines
from your line elevation.

Then you add shadow and blend it in.

Then you add highlight and blend it.

          

Then you add darker bruise spot        
where the neck shackle would have        
been rubbing.          

   

Put spirit gum on the back of your
prosthetics and the spots they're
going to be on you. While those
are drying work on the neck bruises.
This is the base layer for for my
neck wound.

Then you press down your latex prosthetics onto the spirit gum on your skin until they are firmly in place. Then after that you add foundation to your chest to blend in the prosthetics and you're done.
